Has been organised by Hart Rotary since 1992 and is a firm favourite for many who return year after year.
The festival has a traditional range of attractions, including a wide variety of stalls, bouncy castles, children’s entertainers, donkey rides/petting, classic cars & agricultural machinery displays, a dog show, a fairground, bar, food outlets and a central arena for displays and entertainment. The festival opens at midday with a procession, entries are judged in the arena, and prizes are awarded. It ends at 5 pm.
In addition to a new mobile phone app, traditional programmes are available in advance and on the day, with proceeds from programme sales and the procession collection going to St Michael’s Hospice, based in Basingstoke, which supports people across North Hampshire who have a life-limiting illness, are facing the end of life, or are experiencing bereavement.
In 2026, the Festival will take place on Oak Common, Hartley Wintney, on Saturday, June 13th, from midday to 5 pm - please reserve the date in your diary!
To make an entry into the Classic Car, Motor Cycle & Farm Machinery section of the festival please complete the entry form.

St. Michael’s Hospice is an independent charity based in Basingstoke, supporting people across North Hampshire who have a life-limiting illness, and are facing the end-of-life or experiencing bereavement.
The dedicated team of nurses, doctors, and therapists deliver free, high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care and support to patients, their families and carers. With only 16% of funding from the government, the hospice faces a funding crisis, necessitating an Urgent Care Appeal. The reality is stark: without the support of our local community, St. Michael’s Hospice may not be here for everyone who needs us.
